A report on digital skills needs for CGC with glossary for digital transformation. Local networks of CGC practitioners providing input on their digital knowledge and skills requirements, which are complementary to the desk research on digital skills requirements.
Our local CGC-DigiTrans networks bring together experts and practitioners from the fields of guidance and counselling, continuing education, and human resources to participate in the development of the methodology.
In March and April 2023 five community engagement events in four partner countries (Austria, Germany, Italy and Netherlands) with in sum 55 participants took place. Events were the opportunity for local CGC-DigiTrans networks to come together and discuss about digital competences and counselling networks.
