The “CGC Roundabouts Methodology” was piloted in three countries with diverse institutional and labour market conditions. The pilots were carried out by CGC professionals who had completed the preparatory course and involved workers in need of digital upskilling (employed and unemployed), employers or employer associations, and TVET providers.
The pilots were evaluated through participant observation and debriefings with all actors. The evaluation not only helped refine the method for practical application but also generated teaching material in the form of case studies for the higher education curriculum (WP4).
