Mark your calendars for September 20, 2024, as we host a workshop on the CGC-DigiTrans project during the Academy Day of the NICE network in Deventer, the Netherlands. This event brings together our international researchers from Austria, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands to explore the intersection of digital transformation and career guidance.

Participants will gain valuable insights into the project’s digital competences model and the “CGC-Roundabout for Digital Transformation”, a multi-actor-career-guidance methodology. The workshop will address the challenges faced by various adult groups in the evolving job market and discuss strategies for improved access to counselling services.

Through interactive sessions, attendees will explore practical tools from the CGC-DigiTrans handbook, designed to enhance counselling practices in the digital age. This event is ideal for career counsellors, HR professionals, education providers, and anyone interested in the future of career guidance.
The workshop will also feature case studies and best practices highlighting successful implementations of digital strategies in career counselling. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on activities, applying the CGC-DigiTrans methodologies to real-world scenarios. Additionally, there will be dedicated networking sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among professionals from diverse backgrounds.

The project and its stage of progress will be presented and practical sessions will be held to learn about various practical aspects of the developed model.

In the coming months, interested consultants and professionals will have the possibility to use the tools free of charge in their own professional contexts, providing the relevant feedback to the project team.
