The CGC Roundabouts for Digital Transformation Handbook presents the “CGC Roundabout Methodology”. It describes how a participative, multi-actor and iterative learning process can bring together:
- the learning needs and aspirations of workers,
- the digital skills demanded by the local labour market, and
- the training opportunities offered by TVET providers.
The methodology shows model applications but is flexible enough to be adapted to different contexts and needs. At the heart of the method is the CGC Roundabout: a process in which the CGC professional brings together workers, potential employers, TVET providers and other relevant actors to jointly plan personalised upskilling pathways towards sustainable employment.
