Target groups

The first primary target group are Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) involved in CGC training. These HEIs are involved in the promotion of digital competences for professional transformation processes in different disciplines.

The second primary target group are CGC practitioners with responsibility for adults and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), academic counsellors who advise on continuing academic education, coaches and learning facilitators working near the workplace.

Students as future professionals in CGC and learning field, scholars in universities and trainers in (T)VET sector, counsellors, and coaches in public or private services play a key role for the implementation of the project and its results. The project addresses CGC study programs, students and counselors as direct target groups with the developed courses and trainings. Career topics will be integrated in study programs in different disciplines and interdisciplinary study programs.

Indirectly, the project reaches other target groups. People in the labour market (unemployed and employed), TVET providers and companies involved in digital transformation.

The target groups are involved in the development and pilot of the method as well as experts in the academic training.
