A collection of case studies will be produced to exemplify various possibilities of application of the piloted method.
We pilot the “CGC Roundabouts for Digital Transformation method” in three countries with diverse institutional and market conditions. The method is to be rolled out by CGC professionals who took the preparatory course. The pilots will involve workers (employed or unemployed) in need of digital upskilling, employers (or employer associations) and TVET providers.
To evaluate the pilot, partially through participant observation, and by debriefings with all participants. The evaluation will focus both on assessing and improving the method for practical application and in generating teaching material in the form of case studies for the HE curriculum (WP4).
